We revamped the Alarm.com app feature after realizing that homeowners needed an easier way to verify if an alarm is real or not to avoid false alarms. User testing revealed that users struggled to locate what they needed and experienced anxiety due to unclear directions. To address these issues, we introduced design sprints to our problem-solving process.
