Project Overview
The annual cost for water damage and removal for homeowners was $13B in 2020. Water damage is the #1 insurance claim, more than burglary.
CHALLENGE
Customers needed a way to protect and monitor water activity in their homes. The main goal was to integrate the existing hardware into Alarm.com's web and native mobile app platform. The UX needed to be simple and engaging. The system needed to both inform and help mitigate issues.
